Innovation activity of Stalingrad workers and engineers as the factor of development of Stalingrad industry in 1943 – the beginning of the 1950s

The role of innovation activity of workers and engineers in Stalingrad in the reconstruction and development of manufacturing enterprises in 1943 – the beginning of the 1950s is revealed. The organization of innovation movement at the Stalingrad enterprises at the first stage of reconstruction in 1943–1945 and in the period of their further development in 1945 – the beginning of the 1950s is characterized. The problems, that the innovators face in the process of advancing their suggestions, are analyzed.
