Rational use of water resources and providing safety for socioecosystems of different civilizations: social and philosophical analysis

Water plays a significant role in sociocultural reproduction of humanity being the central, connective element of the co-operation system of society and nature. Therefore the environment of habitation, health and safety of a man and society depends very much on the general state, purity and freshness of consumable water in the nature of water resources. This spectrum of problems has drawn the attention of the author in the article.
