Rational water resources management of reservoirs on the example of Volga-Kama cascade

Бесплатный доступ

Management regime of reservoirs by rivers water economic system in hydrological phase time of inflow or more in the form of daily average overflow rate is established. In practice are carried management process at which through fixed time calculations of reservoirs regimes out to the given number of days on the basis of aquacultural conditions data and forecast of inflow received at that time is carried out. Now management is carried out with use of made in advance dispatching schedules. In article optimizing problems of choice the rational management by reservoirs in the cascade are considered. Two primal problems are allocated: the high water or high water admission and use of water resources during the low water period, and also a number of auxiliary problems of calculation of reservoirs. Optimization is carried out on method of dynamic programming. Optimum (rational) management doesn't exclude the dispatching; in aggregate two types of management always provide acceptable result: in a quiet condition and in the composite hydrological conditions, without watching, often, at indeterminacy and discrepancy of forecasts of inflow.
