Rational approach to the delivery of age principal women

A retrospective analysis of cases of delivery in primiparas older than 35 years was performed. The significance of indications for operative delivery has been determined; a comparative assessment of the outcomes of childbirth with conservative and operative delivery was carried out. Based on the obtained results, the tactics of delivery was optimized depending on individual perinatal risk factors. All patients of late reproductive age should be assigned to a high-risk group for the development of toxicosis, preeclampsia, threatened miscarriage and premature birth. It should be borne in mind that the therapy of the threat of interruption in this group with PG drugs may be ineffective and the selection of doses of these drugs must be carried out individually.
