Radiation resistance of thermo stabilizing barium titanate coatings for space aircrafts

Comparative analysis of diffuse reflectance spectra, integral absorption factors and their change after electron irradiation (Е = 30 keV) for barium titanate coatings doped with aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide (Ba0,6Al0,4TiO3 and BaTi0,7Zr0,3O3) was carried out. It was found out that the use of Al2O3 and ZrO2 nano Powders instead of micro powders for doping BaTiO3 increases radiation resistance of the coatings.
