In article it is spoken about radiating influence of underground nuclear explosion "Rift-3" on landscapes and health of the population of Osinsky area, as a result of migration radionuclides from the explosive chamber on food chains in a human body. Further radiating consequences- chromosomal infringements, doses of an radiation of the population and oncological diseases in the given area are presented.
