Radio and television of Siberia and the Far East: a regional aspect

The regional history of television broadcasting in Siberia and the Far East is considered in the article. The historical contribution of radio amateurs and regional enterprises in the development of broadcasting are represented. At the initial stage broadcasting was little related to the central broadcasting system, i.e. it was insular. Huge sparsely populated territories have caused the introduction of space communication technologies.
