Mathematical statement of the agroecological component of radioecological model for transport of iodine and caesium radionuclides in food chains after radiological accident and atmospheric discharge of radioactive substances is described. The model allows real-time investigation of basic processes, determining dynamics of 131I and 137Cs fallout from an atmosphere on soil and vegetation. Some features of dynamic of contaminating vegetation with 131I and 137Cs in relation to weather conditions, precipitation at the time of radioactive fallout, form of radioiodine, forms of presence of 131I in atmosphere and other parameters. In case of dry fallout internal dose to population from 137Cs related to density of the radionuclide precipitation will be 5-10 times higher the dose to population following heavy rainfall. Internal thyroid dose from 131I will be 10-25 times higher.
