Early prevention of juvenile delinquency: essence, measures and subjects

Introduction: The article defines the place and substantiates the importance of early prevention in minimizing juvenile delinquency. The authors consider early prevention as an important component of the healthy socialization of adolescents, contributing to their development in line with respect for the law and recognition of the rule of law. Pedagogical, medical, socio-psychological, legal, organizational measures for early prevention are considered. The subjects and forms of implementation of early preventive activities are indicated. Materials and methods: The regulatory bsis is formed by international legal acts, national legislation that defines the grounds and forms for carrying out preventive work with minors.
