Calculation of temperature fields in constructional materials in the program complex STAR-CD

Calculations of a temperature fields in the program complex STAR-CD for technological object from a constructional material – sheet low-alloy titanic ОТ4-1 are carried out. The conducted researches have shown that results of calculation of temperature fields in the program complex STAR-CD in sheet low-alloy titanic ОТ4-1 at influence of the moving distributed superficial energy sources well (the error does not exceed 15 … 20 %) correlate with results of experimental researches. It allows to draw a conclusion on applicability of a program complex STAR-CD for calculation of temperature fields in constructional materials.
