A probability of theoretical and experimental estimation of rational technological parameters for high-performance milling with modern CNC machine tool is considered. It is shown, that milling productivity improvement is restricted by arising vibrations of machine-fixture-tool-workpiece system. Rational values of technological parameters, which provide vibration avoidance along with productivity increase, are determined based on vibration characteristics measurement and cutting forces calculation estimation for tool and workpiece material in hand.
