Design characterizes of the hydrogen chloride production technology

The characteristic of the process of production synthetic hydrochloric acid is given. The target product, hydrogen chloride, has been characterized. The main technological equipment and the technological process are considered and described. A practical calculation of the material and heat balance of production was made. The composition of the reaction products, the amount of impurities, the theoretical consumption of hydrogen and chlorine were determined. The calculation results are presented in summary tables. Studies the safety of the technological process of production of hydrogen chloride by the synthetic method, issues of labor protection and safety when using equipment.
