Demarco economic parametric models calculation in software project

This study contains Tom DeMarco`s method named bang-metric description. Article contains bang-method preconditions and its brief description. Estimate the cost of a software project is a difficult task, because there are many factors to consider. The DeMarco method is only one of many methods that help to give the most accurate estimate. This method is based on the use of data of already done works. Consequently, the more projects have been completed earlier, the more accurate the assessment will be. The study discusses in detail the "bang-metric" on which this method is based, the components of "bang-metrics" are considered. "Bang metric" defines the type of application and for each of the application type has its own algorithm for calculating the project cost and these algorithms are considered in this article.
