Information disclosure as a smart regulation tool (the loan agreement example)

The article discusses the possibilities of using behavioral economics in legal regulation, including loan relations with the participation of consumers. The author focuses on such a means of “smart” regulation as information disclosure. Based on the results of the study of individual practices, it identifies signs of “smart” disclosure of information when concluding loan agreements and concludes that it is necessary to further clarify the requirements for the format of providing information in Russian legislation.
