Crime detection under countermeasures to their detection and investigation: certain issues of theory and practice

The article deals with the issues of disclosure of crimes in the conditions of counteraction to their detection and investigation. In the aspect of the problem under consideration, the relationship between the concepts of disclosure, investigation and counteraction is shown. In particular, we are talking about a theoretical rethinking of the category of crime detection. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop the concept of solving crimes, its deep and comprehensive justification, as well as phased implementation.
