Disposition of assets of state and municipal institutions of the Russian Federation

The author analyzes the provisions of the Federal Law of September 8, 2010 № 84-FZ, according to which extended the powers of government (municipal) institutions with regard assigned to them for operational management of the property. It is concluded that the provision of large compared with pre-existing capacity to dispose of the rules that guarantee the safety of property, efficiency and integrity of the administration of the institution, are preserved. This creates a framework within which interact with a variety of tools to prevent the adoption of inappropriate or selfish decisions of the administration and the loss of state (municipal) property.
