Distribution of cooperative payments in the production cooperative among its members

Rural areas are of great strategic importance. They form the food independence of the state and its food security. The development of the processing industry depends on the effective and sustainable development of the rural areas. The main direction contributing to the improvement of sustainable rural development and food security of the country is cooperation. It is necessary to create cooperative forms of management that will unite agricultural producers and processing industry. The basis for the creation of a cooperative is to determine the optimal raw material zone according to the established criteria. Producers of raw materials that have entered the optimal raw material zone will form a horizontal level of cooperation. They will be the primary cooperative. Combining primary cooperatives with each other and with a processing plant will form vertical cooperation, which is the basis for rural development. The issue of the distribution of the financial result received - cooperative payments is of great importance when creating a vertical cooperative. The purpose of the scientific research is to study the issue of distribution of cooperative payments and to analyze the available author's methods. Based on the analysis, the author's algorithm and methodology for distributing cooperative payments will be proposed. The theoretical basis of the research was the works of Russian scientists, the study of which confirmed the need to develop an author's methodology for the distribution of cooperative payments, consisting of 3 stages. At the first stage, cooperative payments will be distributed between the vertical and horizontal levels, that is, between the processing industry and the raw material zone, at the second stage - between each primary cooperative, at the third stage - between the participants of the primary cooperative.
