Distribution of oil and gas revenues in the Russian Federation and foreign experience

The article examines the experience and various features of the distribution of oil rents in the Russian Federation and other oil-producing states. The variety of mechanisms, during the study, allowed to identify methods of increasing the degree of well-being of citizens, stimulating the practically useful distribution and use of hydrocarbon revenues. Considering the specifics of Russia's economic base, some procedures showing positive dynamics applied in the countries under consideration can be borrowed. The comparative characteristics of the methods of income distribution, budget formation, national funds and regulation of rental relations are given to identify the most harmonized approach to the rational use of limited resources.
