A methodological toolkit for assessing macroeconomic equilibrium has been proposed that can, under digitalization conditions in the framework of ensuring the economic security of a country, reduce the dependence of the domestic economy on external factors and serve as a means of decision support generated by the analytical services of various levels of authority and hierarchy of companies and managers. The toolkit is an adaptation to the conditions of the domestic economy of the Hicks-Hansen model, which describes two basic macroeconomic balances - the commodity and money markets, and is a distributed system of models based on the principle of decomposition. The construction of decomposition dependencies was carried out by the method of correlation and regression analysis in the range of 2011-2017. The developed toolkit allows software implementation in order to create an appropriate distributed man-machine system.
