Unconventional forms of employment are becoming increasingly widespread in the contemporary Russian economy. This trend is linked to the globalization of labor markets, advances in digital technology, and structural changes within the economy. The current article explores the characteristics of unconventional employment forms' spread in Russia, identifies the factors affecting this process, and assesses their implications for both employees and employers. Particular emphasis is placed on the features of governmental regulation concerning these unconventional forms of employment.
