Results of surgical treatment of patients with pseudo exfoliative syndrome at crystalline lens incomplete dislocation at 115 patients with application of a fakoemulsification, extra-and intrakapsular extraction of a cataract with implantation of intraocular lens are analyzed. Visual acuity 0,3 and higher is noted at 63 (54,8%) patients.
