Prevalence of diseases with acute stroke and the analysis of risk factors

The article considers the features of acute stroke among patients of neurological department of the 1st republican clinic of Izhevsk. A statistical analysis was made of the distribution of cases by age, gender, place of residence, employment and form of stroke. Also, the main risk factors for the development of acute strokes were identified and analyzed. The corresponding conclusions have been drawn in conclusion of article.
