Registration of the rate of development of lactation in mothers. Early first breastfeeding and effective breastfeeding are an important measure for the prevention of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and one of the most essential components of its treatment. If it is impossible to provide the child with breast colostrum / milk in sufficient volume for him, it is permissible to prescribe supplementary feeding with a mixture for a short time, while taking therapeutic measures to eliminate hypogalactia at this time.
