The extension of the applied direction of implementing forensic recommendations

Бесплатный доступ

The relevance of the use of forensic potential in various branches of legal activity is steadily increasing. It is facilitated by the multidimensional nature of law enforcement and interconnection of its various processes, and by increasing integration at the intersectoral level based on qualitative relationships. On the basis of national theory and foreign experience the author shows the areas of possible application of the forensic approach that have not yet been fully implemented in reality, despite the current needs of law enforcement practice. At the same time, the proposed concept allows us not to intrude into the traditional ideas of the subject and object of forensics, but allows us to develop at the applied level. Over time, the empirical component will change the theory itself. The author critically analyzes both the national approach and the foreign Anglo-American tradition, offering a balanced version.
