Investigation of crimes committed by convicts using mobile communication means

The article is devoted to the problem of illegal use of mobile communications by convicts serving sentences in the form of imprisonment. Some aspects of carrying out the investigative action «obtaining information about connections between subscribers and subscriber devices» are considered in this clause. The same features are analyzed for the use of operational-search measures aimed at «removing information from technical communication channels». The specifics of the above-mentioned measures are investigated in the investigation of crimes committed by convicts.
