The article discusses optimization of non-judicial redress for the violation of employment rights of employees. For minimization of employment rights violations the author suggests to adopt the staging of consideration and settlement of labour disagreements, and subordinate procedure of the first stage to consequences of decision made at the terminal stage. Negotiations between an employee and an employer have to be the first obligatory stage, consideration and settlement of labour disputes by authorized subjects - the second one, judicial protection - the third one.
