The raster method of finishing abrasive processing of surfaces is considered. Theoretical bases and laws of raster method of processing are presented. The way of abrasive processing is offered, the equipment for finishing abrasive processing of precision flat and cylindrical surfaces is developed and made. Ex-perimental approbation of processing on machines with raster kinematics of working-class movement of the tool is spent.
