Disclosure of information about security measures applied to an officer of law enforcement or supervisory authority: legislative description of the content and the areas of its optimization

The article carries out a criminal legal analysis of signs of disclosure of information about security measures applied to an officer of law enforcement or supervisory authority (Article 320 of the Criminal Code) with consideration of debatable regulations. The author states his own opinion on the subject matter. As a result of the analysis the author proposes a revised version of the Article 320 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
