The distinction between movable and immovable property with a view to registering rights to objects located in urbanized territories

The article deals with the problems of differentiation between movable and immovable property located on urbanized territories. The main disputed objects are divided into three groups: linear objects, objects of unfinished construction and temporary buildings. Their features are considered, recommendations for their delimitation and assignment to real estate are given.
