Differentiation of organizational, administrative, administrative and economic and professional, production functions in determining the subject of abuse of authority

This article examines how organizational and administrative, administrative and economic functions are distinguished from professional and production functions in determining the subject of abuse of power. Since the law is not well developed this issue, many scientists are addressing this problem. In this regard, in practice, questions and contradictions often arise, who will nevertheless be recognized as an official, whether a person performing purely professional functions will be responsible for the abuse of official authority.
