The most Important trend in the development of modern educational practice is inclusive education for people with disabilities. The effectiveness of educational inclusion is largely determined by the teacher's readiness to interact with both a child with special needs and his or her family. However, the psychological mechanisms of teachers ' readiness for socialization, training and development of "special" children are often beyond the scope of research. Not only the problem of professional competence of teachers working in inclusive education remains unexplored, but also the problem of psychological readiness to communicate with families of children with disabilities in General.
