Placement of educational institutions and their impact on the development of the region

The paper considers a placement of educational institutions in a correspondence with social-economical and demographical situation of the region, as there is strong interdependence. Territorial allocation of educational institutions is important part of the problem. One attends to the social-economical and demographical situation of the region under allocation of educational institutions. National program of a professional training sets important tasks to overcome at preparation of the qualified personnel with modern knowledge, who adequate to international requirements. There is positive influence of the educational system onto regional growth when level of the institutions development mutually conforms.
