To obtain a genetically homogeneous authentic grape seedings of woody and shrub crops, green cuttings are used using growth stimulants. Japanese spiraea is a decorative shrub used in landscape compositions for landscaping settlements in the West Siberian region. The purpose of the research is to identify the effect of growth stimulants on the rooting of green cuttings and the yield of Japanese spiraea planting material in artificial fog conditions. The experimental work was carried out in the southern forest-steppe of the Omsk region (2020-2022) on the territory of the educational and experimental field of the Omsk State Agrarian University in a mobile film greenhouse with artificial fog. The object of research is Japanese spiraea of the Goldflame variety. The effect of five drugs was studied: kornevin, ethamone, epin, indolylbutyric and indolylacetic acids, control - water. It was revealed that Japanese spiraea is a promising shrub for landscaping cities and towns in Western Siberia, characterized by highly decorative properties and winter hardiness (95-100%) in the conditions of the region. In a greenhouse with artificial fog, a favorable microclimate is created, the temperature of the air and the substrate is within 23-30°C, the relative humidity is 91-98%, for the successful reproduction of spiraea by green cuttings. Its cuttings in 15-20 days after planting completely form a callus, in 20-25 days - roots and by autumn before leaving for winter when using drugs, they take root by 96-100% and have a height of the aboveground part of the plants 19-23 cm. The yield of two-year-old seedlings of Japanese spiraea with 1 m2 is 321-339 pcs., or 90-95% of the planted cuttings, standard - on control - 28.2-31.0%, in variants using growth stimulants kornevin, ethamon, indolylacetic acid and epin increases to 36.0-44.2%.
