Reproduction of Sverdlovsk pyramidal silver poplar of N.A. Konovalov selection

The article presents the results of the experiment on rooting of woody and green cuttings of a promising hybrid for urban landscaping - Sverdlovsk pyramidal silver poplar selected by N.A. Konovalov. The results obtained are compared with the data of previously conducted experiments to assess the effectiveness of rooting and further use this method for vegetative reproduction of Sverdlovsk pyramidal silver poplar in the conditions of Yekaterinburg and its subsequent cultivation in local nurseries for landscaping.
