Reflections on space law

The authors of the article try to show the danger of United States actions aimed at controlling the world Internet by means of space satellites. Such risk is first of all connected with the human rights violation, military security and environmental problems. It is explained that these actions need to be regulated within the framework of space law. It concludes that the need for the development of space law is a number one problem for the security of States. The development of space law is also interesting in the context of the theory of law. In the past, the law regulated only more or less studied activities: labour, economics, medicine, etc. The space regulation is an attempt of the law to regulate human activities in the unexplored sphere. It is proposed to create an independent scientific speciality - space law.
