The general characteristics of the vegetation of the Garden’s protected territory are given in regard to its evolution. The flora of vascular plants includes 387 species. There are lists of rare and protected plants of the region. The vegetation is notable for its small contours; forests occupy 84 % of the total area, meadows - 15 %, open bogs - 1% (the vegetation map is adduced). The forests of the territory are estimated in the respect of their specific diversity and the stipulating factors. The connection is revealed between the specific richness and the factors of the soil richness and acidity, and between the climatic dampness. Specific diversity and richness, the full-term composition of ecological-cenotic groups’ spectrums have big values in the ecotops of the negative landscape forms and in the ecotops morainal sediments over 2 meters in the low part of the cathena. Equally with the peculiarities of the common ecological regime, the augmentation of the specific richness and the full-term composition of ecological-cenotic groups’ spectrums are due to the geterogenous ecological conditions in different microsites. The importance of the pirogenous factor is also notable.
