In the article the algorithm of the choice of a rational source of financing of activity of the industrial enterprise is offered to consideration. The proposed system of choosing a rational method of financing the activities of an industrial enterprise includes four stages, which are consistently implemented, starting with the determination of the needs of the industrial enterprise in investments, ending with the establishment of the effect of the use of a specific instrument of financing activities (own funds, leasing, credit). The implementation of each stage of the methodology for choosing a financing instrument for an industrial enterprise involves a number of actions.
