Efficient distribution of enterprise resources between ongoing projects under the constraints caused by the external and internal environment of the enterprise is a complex task that requires the use of complex analytical apparatus, including methods of system analysis, ontological analysis, project management and knowledge management methodology, project implementation methods. The development of a management decision support system makes it possible to increase the efficiency of project management based on the development of analytical decision support models to improve the processes of design, production of equipment and its subsequent installation.
