Development and implementation of a targeted approach to substantiating and building a model for optimizing an enterprise asset management system based on the example of OAO Sevkavkazenergo

The optimal way out for economic entities, in conditions of the almost complete exhaustion of extensive factors of production development, can be the process of optimizing the use of their internal reserves. The use of intensive factors for the development of the production system of an enterprise can be achieved only if the ratio of the elements forming the structure of the assets of the enterprise is optimal. The optimal management structure of the correlated elements of an enterprise’s assets involves the development and implementation of certain methods and tools with which it is possible to design and build various models and software products for optimizing the entire asset management system (property complex) of an enterprise.
