Development and realization of the internal assessment mechanism of flights safety culture at aviation organization

In article are considered the mechanism of assessment safety culture of aviation organization from the positions of process approach, realized within quality management system. It consists in consideration of organizational processes of ensuring the culture of safety in network of services ensuring quality processes of air transportation within air-transport system.
