Aim. This study aims to develop and evaluate the efficacy of a specialized lower extremity rehabilitation program in athletes, implemented within a resort center in Kislovodsk. Materials and methods. The study involved 35 elite male athletes (Master of Sports level or higher) from various disciplines. Participants were divided into a main group (n = 23) and a control group (n = 12). The main group underwent a comprehensive lower extremity rehabilitation program integrating magnetic therapy, hydrotherapy, pressotherapy, and health walking. Results. Post-intervention analysis in the main group demonstrated a statistically significant increase in the M-response area at the right popliteal fossa stimulation point, increased electromyographic activity of the deep peroneal nerve, and normalized venous outflow in the left calf, as measured by rheography. In contrast, the control group showed insufficient recovery. Conclusion. The implementation of a specialized resort-based recovery program, integrating magnetic therapy, hydrotherapy, pressotherapy, health walking, and natural resort factors, enhances functional recovery in athletes, as confirmed by statistically significant improvements.
