Development and improvement of agglomeration development assessment methods

The article discusses various criteria, parameters, indicators and indices for assessing the development of agglomeration of municipalities. The creation of a comfortable living environment in any territory is provided by the following parameters: the socio-economic potential of the territory, economic efficiency (economic attractiveness) and social parameters. Various criteria, parameters, indicators and indices for assessing the development of agglomeration of municipalities are considered. A methodology for assessing the economic effect and indicators of socio-economic development for its calculation is proposed. A formula for calculating a comprehensive assessment of the potentials of agglomerations is proposed, the potential of the Kemerovo (North Kuzbass) agglomeration is calculated. A model for assessing the economic efficiency of agglomeration of municipalities is presented. The agglomeration effect, economic efficiency and potential environmental effect of the Kemerovo (North Kuzbass) agglomeration are calculated.
