The authors discuss the need for an innovation information system, which allows enough time to respond to problems arising in the linear part of the main gas pipeline and maintains the decision. To predict the quantitative characteristics of the gas used by the theory of fuzzy sets. In this paper authors represent block diagram of the simulation algorithm of the system, describe the basic blocks in detail the calculation of risk and the formulas.
