This scientific article examines the development of an innovative strategy of an organization, which is a key factor for the long-term success and competitiveness of a company in the market. The article analyzes the main approaches and methods of forming an innovation strategy, identifies key success factors and barriers to innovation. Special attention is paid to the role of leadership and organizational culture in the implementation of innovative strategies. The importance of risk management and monitoring the results of innovative strategies to ensure their effectiveness is also discussed.
