Innovative textiles for sustainable environment

Large amounts of non-renewable resources are extracted to produce textiles, which are often harmful or used for a relatively short period. The presented article concerns the study of innovative textiles, paying attention to their properties and application in the modern world. The aim of the study is to inform the consumers and designers of the developments in the sphere of textile production for them to understand the challenges to sustainable environment and those ecological threads and dangers to the planet. From the other hand, to appreciate the opportunities, which innovative ecological or recycled materials provide for the consumers and the industry, as a whole, is a promising way for international brands and textile companies to perfect and further develop textiles and clothes that meet all modern sustainable requirements for comfort and safety.
