The article has developed a toolkit for analyzing dependencies and feedbacks of the impact of interstate confrontations and non-military methods of force pressure on production and transport and logistics processes. The novelty of the model lies in considering the dynamics of the development of the considered production and transport and logistics systems through the influence of current states on the increment of process parameters for a selected period of time.
