Development of the intellectual system of evaluation of residential property

The article is devoted to questions of development of intellectual systems on an example of system of an estimation of objects of the real estate. On the basis of the conducted analysis of the subject area, clusters of significant indicators of evaluation were singled out. The statistical material on real estate objects of large cities of the European part of Russia is collected. As a tool for system development, the shell EsWin was chosen. An example of a developed intellectual system and the result of its work is given.
