Development of the investment strategy of the enterprise on the example of SE "Kalugaoblvodokanal"

The article is devoted to the development of an investment strategy for the treatment of industrial and domestic wastewater, which is a problem for the functioning of the central sewerage system. The investment models are analyzed and the features of the development of an investment strategy for wastewater treatment plants, the composition and content of the design documentation for wastewater treatment plants and design requirements are considered. The type of design developments, the main technical and economic indicators, design stages are described, the stages of ongoing design and survey work are analyzed, the requirements for the quality of wastewater treatment, a list of technological processes that need to be automated, the source and conditions of engineering support.
