The article discusses the advantages of the method of extraction, the current status of poultry plants, their impact on the environment, the composition of bird droppings, the essence of the extractor device for extracting substances from bird droppings, a diagram of the construction of a new extractor, which allows to increase productivity and efficiency of extraction of the extract.
