Development of compositional lime plasticized astringents

This article presents the results of a study to obtain composite plasticized lime astringents, structure formation of cement stone, which is caused by the combined effect of finely ground carbonate rock with plasticizing additives. With fine grinding of a cement with a 30% additive, the strength of the samples is slightly higher than the strength of samples from ordinary Portland cement. When lime cement with a plasticizer is used in concrete, the hardening process can be performed for a short time and at a lower temperature of 45 °C according to the 2-4-2 mode, which reduces the heat consumption for the heat-moisture treatment process. The results of the work can be used for further research on the material and the introduction of technology in practical work.
